Where is technological innovation heading in the arts? Are cultural institutions making the most of technology? How do start-ups invest in cultural and artistic heritage projects?
These are some of the big questions that inspired a group of academic researchers and business leaders in Switzerland to found ArtTech in 2017. We built an eco-system to explore these big questions through research and test innovative solutions with cultural institutions and promising entrepreneurs.
After ten years of activity, ArtTech is evolving its organisational model to strengthen its impact and better serve its core mission: acting as a bridge between the cultural sector and innovative start-ups. With ArtTech, we’re creating an eco-system to explore these big questions through research and test innovative solutions with promising entrepreneurs.
We’re breaking down barriers between museum curators and start-up’ers, artists and academics, creatives and corporates. Together, we still believe we can help the arts and culture to adapt and thrive in a digital age for the world to enjoy.
